The owner of the webpage is Frank Karl Zoellner. In the following content the term Owner or sagamagic.com refers to Frank Karl Zoellner. The term "user" refers to the webpage visitor. By using the webpage the visitor accepts the following Terms of Condition. In case of any complaints about the web page content please send a message to info@sagamagic.com. Frank Karl Zoellner is registered at the ISBN Agency of Spain in Madrid as Author and book publisher.

2. Purpose of the webpage
Sagamagic.com is creating own print media, such as books, magazines, or digital print products and using third party services in different location of the world to produce such products what are offered on the webpage for buying.
Sagamagic.com is also collecting photographs and organizes photo competitions on its own homepage in the course of new book preparation. Submissions for publication are subject to special conditions, which are specified in the respective calls for submissions. These special conditions define the rights of use and publication.

All products on the webpage are the intellectual property of Sagamagic.com.
The buyer of a product on Sagamagic.com must be over 18 years old.

3. Web shop Community
To grant the best of service each visitor of the web page is welcome to join the Sagamagic.com community. The community is 100% free of charge. To join the Sagamagic.com community the user will fill in a form and the owner will create a personal account secured with a password. Once the user has done a purchase the order will be shown in the member area of his personal account. The user can save his delivery address and his payment method in his private community area to handle a following order more comfortable and fast.

4. Order Process
The user can put products in a web shop basket system and process a check out to purchase the chosen products.
The shop currency is USD ($). All prices on the webpage are showing in USD ($). 

5. Conclusion of the purchase contract
After the process is done and the products has been paid the conclusion of a purchase contract is not automatically existing. Through the paid order the user is given the webpage owner an one site offer. The offer will be confirmed by the owner via E-mail. After the user has received this confirmation via E-Mail the purchase contract is legal done. In case of an impossibility of delivery of a product, the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price without any deduction.
The refund will be done only through the payment method what was used for the purchase before.

6. Payment
The payment will be processing through the secure STRIPE payment portal. Also the owner accept payment via Paypal. 

7. Delivery
During the check out process the delivery method will be shown, also an expected delivery time.

Please take care that you provide us with all relevant address information
If you live in a bigger residence complex, for example, attach information like Apartment Number, or Entrance Gate.
In case the courier service will return the parcel to us because of missing information and we have to send the parcel again with additional information the delivery costs will be charged again separately. If you are not willing to pay the delivery costs again we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price minus the delivery costs for the first try of deliver to you.

 

8. Return of products
The webpage is offering individual digital print products, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. 

9. Damaged product or a manufacturing error
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the webpage owner offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact the webpage owner within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us via email to: info@sagamagic.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

10. Using of the data
The user allows to use his data in a normal way for marketing reason and to process and satisfy the purpose of the web shop offer. The owner grant to handle all data with high priority of safety and given no data to uninvolved third parties.
